URL Redirection

Hi,

When I attempted to go to myendnoteweb.com, my firefox browser has been redirected to either my ISI(Web of Knowledge) or my University Login Page.

I ve tested out on my IE, it directed to EndNote Web Login page.  Why firefox?  What caused firefox to redirect other than EndNote Web login page?

I have ipconfig/ flushdns and erased all my firefox cache and other details eg browsing history.  The problem remains.

Also I have registered my endNote x3 with my gmail instead of my university email address, will this pose a problem?

Have you consulted the FAQ on browsers? For Firefox, to  turn the feature on, you would need to install the latest EndNote Web Firefox installer. the steps are in the FAQ link.
