I highly recommend TR consider allowing search alerts to be integrated directly into Endnote Desktop. That way, the user could use ONE platform to manage the secondary research process from start to finish.
This is something we are currently working on. The EndNote part of it is actually complete. We just need a bit more work on the Web of Science side.
