I am working on a document with input from co-authors and we are using the office online. I use endnote to handle all references, but start seeing this “cannot edit range” message since yesterday. As I don’t use Mendeley, the solution works for others doesn’t work for me.
I have also try to save a local file but still encounter this problem.
FYI, I am using Endnote X7. Would you please advise? Thanks.
