Please could Clarivate’s advice on setting up a password for EndNote Online be amended so that the percentage symbol is no longer listed as an optional symbol for inclusion. I understand that for some time, users who’ve included the % in their password have had problems logging in i.e. the login box keeps reappearing in a loop, every time the user clicks OK. Then, after resetting a new password that excludes the %, the login process is fine. Alternatively, can the situation be resolved? Thank you.
