Disabling Endnote Web Registration, X3 on OS X

Hi,

I’m running  OS X 10.5.8 and 10.6.3 with EndNote X3.

Is there a way to globally disable the EndNote Web Registration form/wizard globally (for all users) under OS X?

Any assistance gladly appreciated.
