I wanted to edit some data in an Endnote Web record’s field. I clicked on the field and all the data that was in the field disappeared. Sometimes we just want to correct a typo or add a bit more information. It would be better if we could correct the data rather than having to retype all of it.
Can you confirm your browser? Does this behavior occur when using a different browser? I can reproduce this issue with Google Chrome and although it is not an officially supported browser, we are investigating. If it’s a different browser, I want to make sure we look into that as well.

Hi Mathilda, I was using Google Chrome. It’s popular at the university, and helpful to know it isn’t officially supported.
We recommend that our students use Internet Explorer.
