The CWYW bundle for Word 16 won’t work on an M1 Macbook pro. Word keeps saying that the bundle won’t load and you should contact the vendor for a new one. I tried that and it didn’t work, the bundle on the Endnote website doesn’t load any better than the one from the Customizer in Endnote 20. I downgraded to Endnote X9 and that works fine.
