Endnote create output style- Bibliography template not adding

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone could help me out with this issue. I have been trying to create a new output style. However, when I go to the bibliography - template tab and click either reference types or insert field and select what I want it does not appear in the box below. 

Has anyone experienced this and if so is there a way to make it work?
