Endnote doesnt import citation - choose import filter

I tried to import a citation from a website (my post wasnt accepted with the appropriate link) without succeeding.

Endnote prompted to choose a filter - whichever i chose the citation was not imported.

I tried with two different browsers already.

Can anyone provide some helpful ideas?

with regard to my previous post I succeeded by importing the reference via Google Scholar.
