Endnote not importing PDF files

Hi,

I am trying to import a folder with my PDF files, but only 3 of them were imported into Endnote.

The others were just ignored. I understand Endnote would not give info without DOI but that is not what is happening here.

It is not imported at all, so I cannot even enter the info manually. I tried to drag the files one by one, but nothing happens, not even an error message.

Any help would be greatly appriciated. Thank you.

I am using Endnote X6.

I have the exact same problem with X7 except I am unable to importy any files by any method.  No error message, nothing happens at all.  Can anyone out there assist with this?

by not at all, you mean - using drag and drop or Ctrl+Alt+A or References>attach a file and browse to it?  

then you need to call tech support.
