Hallo,
In Word 2003 I can see the Endnote Toolbar and I can open the Toolbox “Insert my citations”. I can choose the reference, click ok, but nothing happens in my Wordfile.
I am working with Endnote X4, Word 2003, Windows XP.

Before clicking the “Insert my citations” (in MS Word) did you first select the reference(s) in the EndNote library? (Meaning you clicked to “highlight”/select the reference(s) before proceeding to “insert my citations”?
If you are pre-selecting the references if the insertion isn’t working in MS Word did you try inserting them from the EndNote toolbar instead?
In addition to CG’s comments, what style are you using?
