When I click the insert citation button, trying to insert in word document, it just popped up a file folder, not the endnote web as in instruction, what’s the problem here please??
When I clicked insert selected citaiton, it just said “there are no references selected in the frontmost endnote library”
I was using university cluster, so cite while you write was installed.
Can anyone help?
