I have set up the Find Full Text preferences by obtaining the Open URL and URL information from the university’s library.
But, I can not download a paper published by IEEE in the function of “Find Full Text” from October.
Is it just me? Or is it a common occurrence for others?
I wonder if the IEEE is no longer providing the full text,
or is it a matter of setting up a proxy server at the university’s library.
Could you please advise me on this matter?
