I logged in to my EndNote Web account from an office iMac via Firefox today and worked with it for hours. Then I logged in on my iPhone via Safari to do a quick search at the library, without any trouble. Just now I logged in on my Macbook via Firefox, and I saw that, instead of 1200 or so references, I have 0. !!! I deleted all cookies from the Macbook, but that didn’t do anything. Suggestions? I logged in via Web of Science and got the same result. Where, oh where, has my library gone??? Thanks for any advice.
