How to cite all authors first then use et al (APA 6th edition - online EndNote)

Hi,

I use online version of EndNote, with cite while you write on Microsoft Word.

Currently trying to reference in APA 6th edition, but when I put a paper in for the first time it immediately shortens all extra authors to _et al. _How could I change it so the first time a reference is used all authors are listed, and then et al after this?
