How to get my serial number?

Dear all,

I have Endnote X5. it was installed on my pervius Macbook and it was working greatly.

After update to the new mac software. I found that EndNote X5 is not supported by this verison. 

Now is there anyway to get my serial number of licesne through the file?

Please advice!!

If you cannot open EndNote X5 to get your serial number, you can call Customer Service at 1 800 336 4474, option 3 for help in retrieving your information.
