How to set author list

Hi,

I use Harvard to cite in the report. First author and et al for the rest is requried. Unfortunitely, all of the authors appears in the citation when I cite. I tried to fix in the author list panel, but it did not work. Can anyone provide some suggestion? Attached for referrence.

How are your authors entered into the records themselves?  One per line? 

Does it happen to all citations, or just some?  Can you copy paste a paragragh where you see the problem?
