Please confirm if my EndNote can be used more than once. I have it on my current laptop that has crashed and I am planning to replace the laptop in the coming weeks.

Yes. The EndNote End User license allows you to install an individual copy of the software on up to three computers simultaneously for your personal use. There is no physical limit to the number of times EndNote can be installed and then re-installed so long as you do not have it on more than three computers at any given time and are using it for your own work, then you are fine.
