In-text citation to include cited pages?

I’m trying to figure out how to have my in-text citation appear with the specifically cited pages, i.e. (Wolfe 2008, 200-204).  The same citation may have to appear later in the same text with different pages cited.  I saw an earlier post about this that had '@'s and '|'s in it but I couldn’t make sense of how to execute the suggested method.  Any thoughts?

Change the in-text citation template: (Author Year|,*Cited Pages)

* is link adjacent text. | is forced separation.

This should give you the output you want, (Wolfe 2008, 200-204), when you edit pages from “Edit citation” for individual citation in text. If you don’t have page, it should not have comma after the year.
