Legal reference issue

I am using the AGLC (Australian Guide to Legal Citation) output style for legal referencing which puts “ibid” in the footnote when the same reference is used twice in a row. However I am not permitted to use ibid, is there a way to prevent Endnote form doing this?

Edit the footnote section of the style - Repeat Citations setting to No special handling.  You may also want to look at other settings there.
