Library Appears to be damaged and goes away after restart

Hello,

Windows 10, Endnote X8 (bld 10063). I occasionally get a “This Library appears to be damaged” error message. If I click ok it keeps coming up and then I have to go into task manager to force close EndNote. On restarting the program it seems to work fine without any library error message.
