I was working on my endnote library when it decided to crash.
When I try to re-open it, it won’t let me. And I get this error:
"EndNote x7.0.1 (BLD 7212) has stopped working.
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available."
I spent hours today on the library, please tell me I didn’t just lose it all…
Suggest you bypass the user forum and contact tech support directly as they have the tools to recover the library if it’s been corrupted:
