Loss of modified Reference types with upgrade to X2

This is the first time when I did an upgrade I lost the custom fields I had assigned to my reference types (modified the refernce types).

I uninstalled X2 and installed X2.0.2.

I know how to save the Output styles, Connection files and Import filters, but how do I retain modified reference types when doing a install of a new version or update?

I have an institutional subscription so we have to uninstall even for an update (X2 to X2.0.1)

Before you uninstall, go to Edit>Preferences and select “Reference Types”.

You will see a button that allows you to export the Reference Type Table. Save it in the default format as an XML file.

When you install the new version, use the same procedure, but click on the Import button to import your saved file.
