May I get " journal of endourology" endnote style?

I’m Kim from South Korea.

I’m in trouble for completing submission.

The endnote style of  " journal of endourology" on this site is not suitable for current submission

So I’d like to look for proper modified endnote style.

I attached reference journal. 

Please reply me and let me use new style please.

I really appreciated for your help. 

Almostly perfect but there are some difference.  

There are no problem on Author- title -year.

But at the end of each reference, there are unnecessary terms such as  “PubMed PMID: 21369399. Pubmed Central PMCID: 3034075. Epub 2011/03/04. eng.”

Please modity such errors.

And If you have, May I get endnote style ’ Korean journal of urology’ ?
