Endnote 20 still does not allow merging of duplicates. Instead, a duplicate is kept and the other is destroyed, removing it from any groups that contained it. Instead those groups should have their duplicate replaced with the kept option.
Is this something that can be fixed, or is endnote stuck with this failure?
I totally support this long requested feature and canât believe EndNote20 still doesnât do this. Â
I also really canât understand why beta testing of this product by your users is no longer a âthingâ. Â
EndNote 20 seems to have lost the ability to directly delete duplicates with a keystroke or right click. I now have to drag them to the trashcan with the mouse. It would be very useful to just be able to highl;ight and hit the delete key.
I would also like to see a proper âmerge duplicatesâ feature.
