Old versions of references still showing

Hi, I updated a reference, and the updated version appears in my document OK, BUT the old one is still there even though it doesn’t appear in the Library.  How do I get rid of it?

Please try the steps from our Knowledge Base to force EndNote to update the document to match the changes made in the library.
