Please Help! A sync error has occurred (30)

I am trying to sync my library with my endnote web account.

Now when I start endnote, i receive the message “A sync error has occurred (30) please consult endnote documentation or help for more information”… can’t find this in the documentation or any relevant advice in previous forum threads

Using macos big sur with M1 chip, endnote20.
