Please Help! A sync error has occurred (0)

I am trying to set up a new library to sync with my endnote web account so that I can share with others on a new research team. the library appeared to sync, but the share button remained grayed out.

Now when I start endnote, I have tried “Open shared library…” but i receive the message “A sync error has occurred (0) please consult endnote documentation or help for more information”… can’t find this in the documentation or any relevant advice in previous forum threads

Using Windows 8, endnote 7.3.1
