Pop-up terms do not show

Dear RM12 users,

My patron has lost her pop-op lists for Authors, keywords en Journals for entering new references. The button Tools > Options > General > Show popup is activated.  Also the F3 button does not help to show it. The terms are visible in the Term Manager. But no popup on entering names in a new reference.

It’s only missing on her own PC, her colleagues do not have the problem. Is there something she might have turned off unintentionally?   Thanks , Josepha

Do they have a dual monitor setup?  If they do they would need to open Reference Manager on the other monitor to have the pop-up list appear.

Sorry for my late reaction.

Your suggestion about the dual screens was exactly what was the case. My patron is very happy with the return of the popups.
