Hi! My recent upgrade to 20.4 has a problem. I cannot find any libraries, nothing on the Recents dropdown, and searched my Mac but cannot find any library at all. The EN icon on my desktop bar when I click on that to open Endnote, nothing happens, there doesn’t appear to be any information attached to it. Same in Applications. We have searched the computer and cannot find a single library. Any suggestions?
