REFERENCE MANAGER 12 USING NATURE REVIEWS CLINICAL ONCOLOGY STYLES OUTPUT

I have been working on a manuscript for over 20 hours with a co worker using ref man 12, Nature output styles and it makes the reference list alphabetical and the references listed in the text alphabetical not numerically cited.

Is there anyone that can help me correct this without me re-doing this by hand?
