In the general Forum Discussion, I created a self help section, which could be helpful (useful?) to new users (um, forum participants) looking for immediate answers that may already be addressed. I just updated it with a few newly available options.
P.S. – the new search of EndNote Support Knowledgebase is worth a look.
If a quick search doesn’t find your specific problem (and it might not, the optimal search word(s) may not be immediately apparent!) - then pick the right endnote forum and by all means ask here!
