several lists of references?

Is there a way to do several lists of references in one document.

I am writting a techinical report that has around 1100  pages and

apart from having references at the end of report I would like

to have references after each chapter or at the end of each

chapter only

EndNote can not format multiple bibliographies in a single document.  You would have to write each chapter as a separate document.
