Society for Historical Archaeology (SHA) - EndNote Style Guide

Hi All -

Does anyone know of (or have access to) an EndNote Style Guide for the: “Society for Historical Archaeology” (SHA)?  The website for SHA Style Guide is: http://www.sha.org/publications/style_guide.cfm. 

Presently, I am editing the SAA.ens file, one reference type at a time, in order to create a custom .ens file but find this method slow, cumbersome, and prone to my typing errors.  If anyone knows where I might find or obtain an existing SHA.ens, I would be most appreciative.  Many thanks to anyone who can assist.
