Sync Issues

I continue to experience Sync Errors in EndNote X8.2 on my Mac when trying to sync to the web.  It has previously synced successfully and then (apparently randomly) stopped working. I get a popup box that says “An error occured while trying to upload the attachment(s).  Please try again.”  This is then sometimes followed by similar error messages in other languages.  Below are the details i see in Sync Status…  Can you please help me correct this issue?
