Dear all
I have a licensed EndNote X6 and I purchased and upgraded EndNote to the latest X8.2 version. However, I cannot activate it using my previous EndNote X6 product key.
How do I obtain a new Product key to activate Endnote X8.2 using my old X6 product key ?
