What to do if EndNote refuses to register ?

Hello every one,

I am working on a new iMac running under OS 10.12.6 and for some reasons, the EndNoteX7  installer doesn’t take my product key into account. Thus I am left with a trial version which limits me to using 10 references, since the trial has been running for more than one month.

Have you already seen such problem, and do you have a solution for me ?

Hello Jacques,

That may depend on the installer file you used to add EndNote X7 to your macOS 10.12.6 system. Do you have a single user license of the software or a site license supplied by your organization?
