X8 cashing Word

Hi there

i have just updated my Enbdnote to X8 and now i cannot insert any citations without it crashing Word. I have done an update on Word but the porblem is still hapening. 

Can anyone help?

Hi,

try to make a new reference list and save it.

Then try to import the citations or reference list to Word.

I had the same issue and it worked.

try to make a new endnote library (File–> New–> save it) and save it.

Add the references and try import the citations or reference list to Word.
