X8 on Desktop and iPad Pro

I’m a new user of the Endnote product using X8. My online accounts don’t show the same files between the two machines. Any suggestions?

If you launch EndNote X8 on your desktop, then open your designated EndNoteSync library, can you find the Sync Status heading along the left side of the library window?  If you can find Sync Status, please click on this heading, and check the resulting window for the “Error Code” / “Error Message” information.

Please let me know what you find.
