A sync error


I am using EndNote X7 at the work place and used to succssfully sync my work to be used at home later on. Today, I am encountering an error that doesn’t allow me to sync as usual. the error message is as follows:

A “Sync” error has occurred (6)

I tried to close & reopen EndNote hoping to have this error solved, but worhtless.

Can I get a tech support, please?

I am using Windows in both work & home computers.
