Sync error (20)

Hi

I am trying to sync my desktop X7 library with Endnote web and am getting the message “A “Sync” error has occurred (20). Consult Endnote documentation or Help for more information.” I have been unable to find any reference to a sync error (20) anywhere. Please help!
