Endnote X7 sync error


I receive the following error: “A sync error has occured (0)”.

Syncing my database with the online one and the one on my tablet doesn’t work.

Could you help me with this?

If you’re still encountering the mentioned EndNoteSync error and have not yet contacted Technical Support, I’d suggest doing so:

Technical Support

press ‘4’ at the first prompt

then ‘1’ at the second prompt
