OK, so I finally got the subscript/superscript problem working. Now am having difficulty with the bibliography output. Have created a new Output style based on ‘Anesthesiology’ which has correct citation formatting. I want it to output abbreviaed journal names, so have imported the ‘Medical’ term list and selected Abbreviation 1 in output style. Restarted both Pages and Endnote X2 as otherwise desired output style doesn’t show up in Pages. When I click on the output style in Pages however, the citations and bibliography are formatted correctly but abbreviations don’t happen. Suggestions?
