My reference page has the full journal name on it - I cannot seem to work out how to have the abbreviated journal names on the reference page.
Please advise
You need to use the term lists to do this. The best thing I can do is to point you to John East’s excellent instructions found here

In addition to having a proper Journal Term List, you need to make sure your output style is set to use either abbreviation 1 or abbreviation 2. Check the setting for “Journal Names” in the left column. If you need to save a modified style, make sure you also select this style in your word processor.
