I know I read something about my issue on the forums at one point but I can’t seem to find it now. I have a number of references that were published by an organization or agency and not by a person. For example, if I have a report written by The Nature Conservancy and published in 2008, I enter “The Nature Conservancy” into the ‘author’ field in Endnote. When I insert the reference into Word, though, the citation comes out as (Conservancy 2008) instead of (The Nature Conservancy 2008), which is what I want.

Any advice about how to deal with this issue or links to a discussion that already covers this topic are much appreciated.
