My organization has approximatley 8000+ (and growing) EndNote libraries. I want to be able to export these bibliographies into a content management system as text for access by staff not using EndNote. Is there a way to do this en mass instead of one by one?
For this situation, I would recommend that you take a look at the EndNote API - http://www.endnote.com/api/. There’s a separate forum for the API in case you have questions.
