Cannot launch url

Hi,

I have the error message “This url…could not be launched” whenever i click Open Link. The problem is the same in Endnote X and a trial version of X3.

I have spent all day trying to fix this, and have got nowhere.

Any suggestions?

Would be hugely grateful for any advice!

what operating system? 

what browser is your default? 

and what is the url? 

or is it “any” url 

Can you paste in an all fields example of a record with a link?
