Can't get et al. to show in citations using Endnote X6

Hi,

I have recently started using Endnote X6 on my mac word 2011. I am unable to get et al. to appear in citations. Can anyone help me?

I can’t find the thread that is in question? I too am having problems with Endnote x6 on my mac with word 2011. I can’t seem to find the option of changing multiple references to … et al.

The other thread was here.  – but what is your problem (as she doesn’t actually say how she resolved hers).  What is the output style you are using.
