The same library opens fine in Windows version of Endnote, but can’t be open in Mac version of Endnote, in which the application is just idle over there as if no library file is selected to open.
Can anybody kindly advise?

How are you transferring the file from Windows to the Mac? Is it on a shared drive or have you moved it? If moving it, did you compress and move an .enlx file or did you move the .enl file and the associated .DATA folder to the other location? You cannot just move or email the .enl file itself. It is just a pointer, and has no real database data.
