Citing works by groups

I have a number of citations that re authored by groups/associations.  For example the American Psychiatric Association’s Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM). 

APA style suggests that this should be entered in the text and reference list as “American Psychiatric Association” however, I get “Association, A.P.” 

I thought about making this an anonymous entry, placing the Association in the title, but then got everything in italic font.  Also, I can’t change the style format, because I want all of the normal citations (with traditional authors) to appear correctly. 

I have at least three such group/association citations

Any suggestions?  I figure I am not the only person to come across this problem.

In your record, but a comma at the end of the entry, leaving it it Author.
